Camille McKay, M.Ed., BSHCA, HTL, CLT, is a Healthcare Educator, Mohs laboratory consultant, curriculum developer, and workforce development specialist with more than 30 years of experience in pathology, histology, and Mohs micrographic surgery. She serves as an Adjunct Professor of Histology at SUNY Broome Community College and is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Camille McKay Consulting. Previously, she spent more than a decade as Regional Pathology Manager at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where she oversaw one of the nation's top Mohs laboratory programs. Camille is a Fulbright Specialist, an internationally recognized speaker, and co-editor of The Laboratory Manual for Mohs Micrographic Surgery: Frozen Tissue Processing. She specializes in Mohs laboratory implementation, training curricula development, regulatory compliance, workforce development, cross-training, and continuing education for laboratory professionals.
