Compass Middleware Integration
Directly integrate your Competency Assessment data with your existing Point of Care DMS (Telcor/RALS) to ensure that only staff who have successfully completed their competency assessments in Compass can operate POCT devices. This integration guarantees that only qualified personnel are performing and resulting POCT tests, enhancing compliance and patient safety. Includes three (3) hours of setup consultation.

Expert support to assist clients in quickly addressing and correcting unintended data changes. Whether it's recovering accidentally deleted information or adjusting settings such as bulk assignments, imports, or permissions, our team is here to help you get back on track. Each support request includes up to two (2) hours of dedicated technical assistance; additional time is available if needed.
Reconfiguration
Support service for clients who need to reorganize their account architecture across Sites, Divisions, and Enterprise Accounts. Whether you’re consolidating multiple environments, segmenting a single site, or shifting divisions between enterprise structures, this service ensures that complex data and user relationships are preserved and aligned with your operational goals. Each request includes up to six (6) hours of development or technical effort; additional time is billed hourly.

On-Site Launch and Training Support

Additional Hours
Unless otherwise noted above, any additional Implementation or Professional Service hours beyond those included will be quoted and billed at an hourly rate, with a minimum engagement of five (5) hours.
